As we celebrate America's 250th birthday with friends and family, the Sacred Heart Church office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd. We will have 8 am First Friday Mass on Friday, July 3rd, but we will NOT have donuts and coffee afterwards. On Saturday, July 4th, we will celebrate Mass at the regular 4:30 pm time. Happy 4th of July!

Sacred Heart will celebrate the 8 am First Friday Mass on Friday, July 3rd. Due to the holiday weekend, however, the church office will be closed and we will not have coffee and donuts after Mass.

Sacred Heart is planning to have a big presence in this year's West Des Moines Independence Day Parade, so we need lots of candy to handout! If you are able to donate 'parade' candy, please leave a bag in the church office! Thanks in advance!!

Put on your dancing shoes and step back into the golden age of swing! Join us for Sacred Heart’s Swing Dance Ball on Saturday, July 18, for an evening of live big band music, dancing, fellowship, and fun—all while supporting Sacred Heart Church. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with live music and dancing from 7:00–9:00 p.m.
