Study of Sunday Mass Readings

If you are interested in learning more about the Sunday readings and enriching your Mass experience, we are offering a wonderful opportunity!  Brant Pitre, a professor at the Augustine Institute and well known scripture scholar and author, offers weekly video reflections and historical background on the readings for each week.  Our small group listens to a weekly short video followed by discussion.  We do not have homework!  The goal of this small group is to help each of us understand the mystery of the Mass and to approach each celebration with "awe and reverence." We meet in the St. Joseph Room on Thursday mornings from 10:00AM-11:00AM and our first session this fall will be Thursday, September 18th.  This small group is led by Debbie Chalik and Kayla Richer.
